More Accurate Measurements Using High Resolution 12-bit Digital Oscilloscopes
Using oscilloscopes with very low noise, high resolution (12 bit) acquisition allow more accurate characterization of the device under test. This webinar will cover real world examples of probing signals (to obtain lower noise and higher accuracy) and of analysis tools for: – Pass/Fail Testing
– Power Analysis
– Jitter Analysis
– Troubleshooting Intermittents
– Triggering on Signal Measurements
– Digital Message to Analog Signal timing in mixed signal and embedded systems
